Looking for a stat on Iraq

I remember reading that half the population of Iraq was under 15. I have found a stat giving the civilian death toll in Iraq at somewhere between 8100-9938 with 20,000 injured but can find no statistics or mathematical estimates on how many of those casualties were children.

Does anyone know where I could find this information?
