How many in the * cabal were involved in the Big Iraq Lie?

Looking at their slimy faces today on CNN I was trying to determine exactly how many of them are guilty. We know about the usual suspects (*, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, Powell, Rice), but I wonder if the whole cabinet is complicit. Maybe its like joining Skull & Bones. The members have to pledge loyalty unto death to share the booty.

It appears that Chalabi & Perle were the front for deceit...

1. Who fell in the category of chicanery, duplicity, fraudulence, and deception?

2. Who fell in the trap of deceitfulness, traitorousness, disloyalty, treason, deception, untrustworthiness, and treachery?

3. We all know who practiced, falsification, prevarication, mendacity,
deceptiveness, misrepresentation, deceitfulness and untruthfulness!!

I'd like to revisit the Carlyle Group (there was similar chart made some ago) of all the people who were involved within the group and who the Carlyle Group were connected with.
