Oh My! Look How Quickly The Tide Has Turned - Is Turning!
driving home i almost ran off the road. RW radio host on talking about the LIES!

Paraphrasing (but REALLY close):

"If what we now suspect, that Bush lied to us about WMD's is true, then Mr. Bush has a much bigger problem than he realizes because I will tell you this: IF he lied to us and Johnny died for political purposes and NOT WMD's, then we have two Presidents in a row who lied. As much as I despise Clinton and everything he stands for, Clinton's lie didn't send Johnny to his death."

:wow:

16. thanks
Severin is definitely a whackjob, I was just wondering if it was Don Feder another local wingnut who has a radio show and who writes for the same rag as Anne Coulter (and has been described by freepers as a "male Anne Coulter").

25. FYI...
it's Severin...originally Severino(I don't know why he changed it). I listen to him sometimes, and he has been getting more and more critical of *. He's even said that, while he won't vote for a Dem,he's probably going to stay home and not vote. He's also very complimentary to John Kerry.

5. Maybe, Just Maybe
there are still *real* republicans left. I don't mind an old-fashioned, conservative Republican...I don't hold many of their views, but I'll take them over the neo-cons any moment of any day of any week of any year.

21. I really mis good old-fashioned Republicans...
...you would disagree with their approach, but at the end of the day they had the good of the republic in mind. These neo-republicans, at the end of the day have the good of their wallets in mind

I heard him this morning bemoaning the deficit and the lies about WMDs. He likes Kerry and I think, deep down, he'd like Kerry to win.

13. I love this, but
I also worry, being this early in the year, that the administration will have enough time for "damage control."

27. Yeah. I think it's always
important to remain "cautiously optomistic" when dealing with this administration. They do have "damage control" coming...we just need to keep looking over our shoulder. As much as I would like to relish in the fact that these lies are catching up to Bush, I think it would be naive to think that they will not come swinging back.
