They made a reference to the fact that Patriot Act makes it a felony to lie about US intelligence. A felony by the president surely constitutes "high crimes and misdemeanors".

Frankly, if enough people are that pissed off at bush, and I'm referring here to conservatives and other republicans (the people, not the republi-CONs in power), they're liable to vote him out, OR stay home, which means fewer votes for other republi-CONS running for reelection in the Senate and Congress. Which would mean a Democratic majority in Congress and the Senate, to go with the new Democratic president. At that point, we'd have a majority to pursue prosecution of these assholes. We'd have the momentum to bring them to justice. Wouldn't be as sweet as a perp walk out of the White House, but it'd do.
