Should we use RICO act to seize PNAC/Bush cabal's personal assetts?

My premise is the PNAC/Bush cabal has lied about almost everything. Because of this, many of our elected officials went along blindly with the Bush spending spree. Since a person could make the argument that we were defrauded, are we responsible for the PNAC/Bush cabal's debts? Should we seize their assets of those responsible for our current state of affairs and use this to pay off the bondholders?

Basicaly argue that their was a conspiracy to defraud the american public with an illegal war of agression that was fraduently sold with maunpulated data (we tortured the data untill it confesses) so that 1. Bush would scare pepole into voting for him by calling them unpatriotic if they didnt and 2. so that certan firms that were assocated with major campaign contrubutions would benifit.
