Terror alerts follow bad press for bush*.....coincidence????

Seems everytime the bush* administration gets bad press we have a very convinient terror alert. Meanwhile soldiers are dying, dying, dying. How many will die while bush* tries to get re-elected? Are the soldiers dying for democracy or re-election?

3. I have a great comic on my fridge for this

It's from Non-Sequitur - It's great.

The king is on the balcony saying "the dragon alert level has been raised to orange!" In the lower right the title of the comic says "Creation of the Imperial Scrutiny Diversion System"

I think there is always chatter, they just choose when to publicize it and make a big deal out of it based on when they are receiving bad/hard press.

4. Sounds like 'al Qaeda operative' Daleel Almojahid

(aka: Jeremy Reynolds) is back on line creating his chatter that gets Tom Ridge all in a tizzy everytime he does this.

I'm starting to set my clock to this guy. Eveytime he publishes new info that he claims he gets directly from an al Qaeda operative that he's pen pals with, within the week there is an alert from HS about the exact same thing that he predicted. Gee, what a coincidence?

As U.S. officials continued to issue warnings yesterday about the possibility of attacks by suicide bombers and terrorists, the White House quietly acknowledged that the threats are not urgent and that they are partly motivated by political objectives.

FBI director Robert Mueller told an audience of lawyers that the United States is likely some day to experience Israel-style suicide bombings, while the Immigration and Naturalization Service warned that it is unable to keep track of potential terrorists holding student visas.

"There will be another terrorist attack. We will not be able to stop it," Mr. Mueller told a gathering of prosecutors in Virginia. "It's something we all live with."

However, White House officials told reporters that the blunt warnings issued yesterday and Sunday do not reflect a dramatic increase in threatening information but rather a desire to fend off criticism from the Democrats.

If George Bush really cared about the victims of 9/11, he would have cooperated with those in charge of the investigation and he would not use a terror alert to help firm up his sinking poll numbers.
