Did I hear correctly Clintons to helpDems/Davis in Ca. ?

Actually this is not something I personally read or seen being reported. I was discussing the situation here in Ca with the recall effort and one of the others invovled in the conversation ,said he had heard that the Clintons believe this effort to recall Davis as another example of the right wing trying to overturn the peoples choice and are going to come to Ca. and help defeat the effort to unseat Davis. Has anyone seen this story in the news ? I think it would be great for the Clintons to help us make a stand against this effort.

That Hillary plans on going to Southern CA (maybe San Diego) and San Jose as part of her book tour and she plans to take that opportunity to speak in Support of Gray Davis. You are right on the money, and good luck to all of you, hope that you don't wind up with the Terminator for Governor.

Thats a stupid idea. When the repugs try something like this us Dems should stand hand in hand. Yes Davis made some bad mistakes ,however the fact is he won re-election. The repugs need to hold their friends at enron responsible for stealing millions from this state and from their own employees. Instead of wasting our liminted resources on this effort to overturn a legal election.
