NY Times Book Review cover - wow!
Full page intro to reviews in this weeks NY Times Book Review Sunday:

"The Only Superbad Power : Three years into the presidency of George W. Bush, many people here and abroad fear and loathe our country, its power, its policies, its pride. Is America an evil empire? Seven new books seem ready to think so."

The reviews of seven books by "the Coalition of the Unbelieving" follow.
I cannot imagine any of this being said about any adminstration in our history. It's devastating to know what has happened...and what may continue to happen unless people start waking up! But they won't do that without understanding what's happening. And they don't. So, where to go and what to do?

1. THIS is what
all of our candidates should be hammering away at.

The good news is, on November 3, the people of the world will be dancing in the streets after Smirk has been sent packing. Wonder how the whores will spin that?

2. I wish..
..I shared your optimism. I just don't think middle America understands what's really going on at all. They get their news from FOX and CNN. And they are clueless about the Bush desecration of this nation.

4. GW Bush: The Smash & Grab President..
He NEEDS to be exposed for what he is.. He is a thief.. He stole the White House..He stole our money.. He stole our children's future..He stole the security and comfort of a generation, soon to retire..He stole our International Reputation.. He stole the lives of 500+ soldiers for his phony war..He stole the chance of a reconciliation of the disparate factions in America..

The sad part?? He was not even sneaky about it, nor was he contrite.. He was and IS bold, braggadocious, and unrepentant.

6. I was listening to c-span this morning
...and I could not believe the gullible and ignorant people who called in to say that Bush was a good man, an honest man...

If he were not fucking up the entire world, I would have laughed. But since he is the most dangerous man in the world right now, more dangerous than Osama, yes, you repuke pricks, because he heads the most powerful nation in the world, and he is heading us into the toilet...

I just had to work to keep my head from exploding.

Those are the moments when I wish I had the money to leave this country and its ignorant assholes to their fates...

except that it's the innocent who pay for ignorant assholes in America, unfortunately.

btw, if any reich winger reads this and wants to help me relocate to a functioning democracy, I'll see if I can set up paypal..
