Hypothetical Matchup: Hillary Clinton against Condoleeza Rice--who wins?
I had an interesting debate today with a Repub. He said Condoleeza Rice would crush Hillary Clinton if they ran against each other in a presidential election. I know Hillary has the popularity factor working well in her factor--we don't know much about Condi at all. However, couldn't Condi secure the Repubs and steal away a lot of black votes?

What do you guys think? Again, this is *purely* hypothetical!

1. Depends: Where does the white bigot vote go?
They might vote for a black Republican female so as to make themselves think they are not racist, or they may just stay home.

8. I asked that question too
He said Republicans are more loyal. I think many of them would stay home.

2. Not only the Repub bigot vote...but the not so small Misogynistic factor
who would stay home in absolute disgust.... I don't know how many would be left at that point, but certainly a reduced percentage or registered Repugs...

3. Very sad to say, but this country isn't ready for an African-American
President yet.

Alma Powell, Colin Powell's wife, was strongly against the idea of her husband running for President because of security issues. I know what she meant.

It's horrible to say this...but Hillary Rodham Clinton would win...because she's white.

Maybe in 10 years or so for an African-American President.

Terry

5. I'm not sure Repubs would vote for a white female Repub candidate
either....If you listen to their disgusting misogynistic discourse about women in positions of authority (e.g., feminazis), they are clearly threatened by that proposition. They would surely mount a third party candidate (white male).

7. Absolutely--race really wont be a factor because Rice is so ignorant
If a competent African-American ran, I think most people would vote on his/her merits, although racism will be a factor.

Face it, Rice is the most incompetent skank in the world!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, after Dumbo.

6. Condosleeza The Flapping Seal!
I couldn't help but notice during the Sate Of The Liars Address that Condosleeza looked like a flapping seal during the Pavlovian standing applause performance that the re thugs demonstrated. And did you notice the grimace on her face as she performed this seal act. I mean it looked like a cattle prod was being activated up her Stephord arse!

9. unfortunately, Lyndon LaRouche could probably beat Hillary
any election involving Hillary would be a bigger circus than the California recall. Just imagine the media. Rather than being about the issues it'd be about whether Hillary planned this when she married Bill, and whether she's still controlling the Democratic party and if why she stuck with Bill was to keep her connections, and Clinton's penis, and Whitewater, and I could go on and on, but the fact is she has far too much baggage, unfair as it is.

11. Hillary of course!
Condi has only known protection from the Bush camp. She is not a leader she is a synchophant.
Hillary has already walked through the fire many times. She is one tough person.

12. Well it's a question with no answer
Because Condi would never be nominated. There are enough racists and sexists in the GOP that she would get less than 5% of primary voters up against the likes of people like Gary Bauer!

And if it's Hillary vs Gary? Talk about 51 state landslide in blue!

13. Hillary was voted most admired woman two years running
Condi wasn't even in the running. Now if you put Hillary against Oprah then you may have a contest.

14. It's a fistfight, right?
Depends on whether there's headgear and boxing gloves.

Condi can leave out the mouthguard - she's got nothing to lose.

(Oh, now look I'm just being plain mean.)

Let me take the high road here: I don't want any harm to come to Condi,
but when she is imprisoned for her 9/11 lies and possible complicity,
I do want her in with the general maximum-security population.

15. Hypothetical answer
Let us suppose they find themselves attracted to each other and to the utter shock of all drop out of the race and move to an organic herb farm together. The majority of people see it as a healing sign and put an end to decades of hostilities between the sexes and races.
Almost as impossible of a scenario as a dumb Texan taking over the country and robbing us blind right in front of our faces!

Who can floss with a jumprope? Connie wins that one.
She'd never beat Hilary in an election, though.

19. Wouldn't they have to debate each other?
Since Condoleeza talks in circles and Hillary is straightforward, I would say that Hillary would make the most sense. My two cents.

20. In reading "The Price of Loyalty", Condie appears to be a major
monster in this team of thugs. Wonder what happened to her to make her so psychotic?
Hillary is far smarter. She would easily win any debate, but the media would declare Condie the winner. Condie's NUTS!

I was thinking the same thing as I read that book. What is wrong with her? What does she have in common with that bunch of crooks?

"Sleezy" is wiry and probably pretty quick, but Hill has much more guile and a lower center of gravity.
