Does anybody here at DU know someone, or know the family member of someone who was injured or killed in the war in Iraq?

2. Yeah, son of someone I used to know quite well.
Although, I've drifted apart from her over the last few years. I remember her son hanging out with our softball team.

5. Yes
in the period before the invasion I came to be friends through the internet with a couple who lived in Najaf, later found out both were killed by US bombs in that "Shock & Awe" blitzkreig on Baghdad.
