The referenced NewsMax.com article appeared on May 26, 2001 and is essentially a fictionalized version of actual events. According to the Albany Times-Union, what really happened was this: When two representatives of Gold Star Mothers visited Clinton's office unannounced in February 2001, they were treated perfunctorily by a clueless receptionist who evidently refused to give them any help beyond informing them that the Senator was out. Clinton later apologized for the incident, attributing the slight to having a skeletal, undertrained staff in the early days of her term, and has since been in direct communication with members of the organization regarding its bid for legislation.

The show sounded compressed on the stream and that's a GOOD thing. It sounded like the audio level for the callers was being ridden to help keep levels even.

The bumps were on cue and mixed under your voice as they should be.
