Let Looney Toomey and Spector have it out. Because Pennsylvania is a moderate state Spector should come out on
top but he will be weakened enough that a strong Democrat will be able to oust him! If Toomey wins for some reason, then the Democrat will most likely win handily against him.

Specifically, a club called the Club for Growth. They are well-financed and seek to purge any moderation from the Republican party.
