Well, it seems Mr. Hussein is still waiting on all that plutonium that he bought from south Africa a few years ago. He just can't finish his bomb without it!

And they have found the weapons of mass destruction......40 mortar rounds, possibly with chemical content. The only problem is that they were buried in the desert 20 years ago after the Iran / Iraq war, probably because they new Rummy was coming!
