Can we have Elliot Spitzer investigate these "charges" by O'Neill?

Lord knows that Ashcroft isn't coming out of his hole.

You would think..that the "top cop" in America would be orgainzing an immediate investigation(with the help of Congress)into the documents that the WH launched a "pre-planned war" for OIl .

If not Ashcroft....can Spizter fill in?

I'm pretty Spitzer's jurisdiction is limited to New York.

2. Yes, but as their Iraq planning and LIHOP directly impacted NYC
there may be a way for Spitzer to get the ball rolling.

After he did not get the job as 9/11 commission head, he might be searching for a new job.

He is an elder statesmen with widely acknowledged abilities in covering-ups.
