US Casualties Are Even Worse Than What Islammemo Reports
Many people think that Islammemo exaggerates US casualty numbers. The truth is that Islammemo correspondents can't keep up with the furious pace of the Iraqi war of liberation and may well be seriously underrreporting US losses. A recent AlJazera story highlights this issue.

Muhammad Abu Nasr's daily Iraq Resistance Report for Friday January 7, 2005 noted the following US casualties in Abu Ghraib:

Resistance ambush in Abu Ghurayb Friday.
Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with RPG7 rockets and BKC machine guns ambushed a US column on the highway in Abu Ghurayb, destroying one military truck and disabling a second at 9:15am Friday, local time. Eleven US troops were killed. . . .

3. I think there may be something to what your saying, LOL!!
I bet Rummy is gagging a maggot after reading this statement!

"Islammemo and Abu Nasr are doing a great job, but even the fearless Islammemo correspondents are human. There is no way that they can succeed in keeping up with the Iraqi liberation forces when even the "mighty" US & UK military has failed."

4. Remember the time that the Pentagon considered it to be a traffic accident
when a Humvee was overturned by a road mine? The Pentagon still refuses to let the media show pictures of the dead and wounded arriving to the US.

5. They used to say, "these attacks are of no tactical significance"
I think the American casualities have been under reported. The last incident reported of multiple deaths may have been one of several such incidents on the SAME DAY resulting in a total of more than twenty deaths. More than one Arab source has reported this. If true, it is just too devastating to admit for the military and this administration.

Remember military failure equals political failure but military success in American terms may still mean political failure. A military and political failure in Iraq might be the end of this administration as supporters run for cover.
