What the hell will Edwards be doing for the next 4 years? He didn't run for senate and holds no political office...won't that negatively affect him?

to one term in the Senate, and you've got a very thin resume indeed.

Not only that, when are we going to admit that Edwards failed to add ANYTHING to the ticket this time around? A 13-point blowout in NC, and no discernable impact at all in rural counties in the swing states, which was the main purpose of his presence on the ticket and which is where the election was lost.

Rather than put someone from the Southeast—our weakest region—at the top of the ticket next time, I vote for the Midwest, where we actually have a base we can build from.
