The critical phrase is “I am surprised by you.” OBL thought the American people would have over the years since 9-11 deduced the obvious truths connective to 9-11, would not sit silent, stupid and blind to an administration that uproots the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and imposes under the name Patriot Act, laws that purport to mimic the oligarchic powers and control of the royal regimes in the Arab countries over their people.

Thereby, the American people, OBL declares, will be making a choice on November 2nd and OBL wants the world to know that the American people will have to live with the consequences of their choice, if it is Bush, due to the future egregious ramifications a Bush second term will have on the Arab/Islamic people and their culture.
