Kerry Couldn't Be Worse Than Bush

Letters To The Editor:
I thoroughly agree with President George W. Bush that John Kerry would be a poor commander-in-chief. Indeed, the 11 commanders-in-chief of my lifetime have blundered, needlessly killing people, wasting wealth and making enemies for the U.S. There is no reason to think Sen. Kerry will defy this precedent. However, President Bush has not only proved reckless and mindless as commander-in-chief, but malicious, trashing the military service of three veterans who dared thwart his messianic mission. They are John Kerry, John McCain (beaten and tortured for five POW years) and Max Cleland, who dedicated three limbs to his country.
All while President Bush went the National Guard route â?? in those days a draft-dodging ploy second only to moving to Canada, retiring on Social Security or being married with child (Dick Cheney).
Another item of villainy was the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame in retribution for her husband exposing President Bush's lie that uranium was being ferried from Niger to Iraq.
