I want to thank Mr. Kerry for his service to the country during his tour in Vietnam. I also want to thank him for speaking out against the war on his return. His address to the Congress about the actions of a few of America's soldiers in Vietnam is no more disrespectful to Vietnam Vets than Army Specialist Joseph M. Darby's account of abuses at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq could be construed as disrespectful to service personnel there. In America the actions of a few are not used to indict an entire group.
