Icelandic Parliamentarian Calls U.S. Subpoena of Her Twitter Account over WikiLeaks Involvement "Disturbing"

The U.S. Department of Justice has subpoenaed the internet company Twitter for personal information from several people linked to the online whistleblower website WikiLeaks. The subpoena asks Twitter for all records and correspondence relating to their accounts. Icelandic parliament member Birgitta Jónsdóttir, who has collaborated with WikiLeaks, is one of the five people targeted by the subpoenas. "I think it opens up a whole can of worms when it comes to parliamentary immunity worldwide," Jónsdóttir says. "Icelandic authorities are taking this very seriously."

2. Our D O J tells the Spanish to quash war crimes trials against BushCo, the guiltiest
war criminals of modern times, yet Obama/Holder are trying to subpoena Icelandic parliamentarians over Wikileaks.

Disgusting.

in the face of a veritable avalanche of malfeasance yet we obsess over Wikileaks. There is something going on here, more than meets the eye. Or more than they want to meet the eye. And it doesn't sound like compromised national security to me.

7. I honestly don't understand what Holder does to support the salary we pay him....
I had such high hopes for him considering his background. He seems to be a "fence sitter," who appeases the status quo of the Bush Adminstration.
