Chicken Hawk groupthink?

The dynamics within the Bush administration foreign-policy apparatus, especially with regard to Iraq, are characterized by Chicken Hawks, who, although short on military experience, favor military solutions to political problems. Another characteristic is the phenomenon of groupthink, in terms of which very smart people can collectively make very stupid decisions.

I mean, not to put it down--it's exactly right. But geez, "Group Think Administration" is right up there with "Bait and Switch Administration" for favorite epithets for these guys.
