1. I said early on that the Repukes would try to use the Supreme Court

to "nullify" the 2000 selection to allow W to run for an unconstitutional third term in 2008 (if he managed reselection in 2004).

By saying that "Oh, yes, Gore really did win in 2000. Why didn't he fight harder to get in?", the Repukes would say that Bush was never really serving that first term, Gore should have been there, but hey, since he's "doing such a great job", let's let him run for his "second term" in 2008!
