Clarence Thomas, in a Walmart parking lot
What’s a Supreme Court Justice to do on summer vacation? They’ve got cheap books, and greeters who smile a lot. Hey, and look, the Clarence Thomas fans flock to his RV in those Walmart parking lots!

1. Is he slumming
or pretending to be trailer trash?

2. Maybe he'll get mugged or killed. Walmart parkinglots have a history of violent crime.

12. He's been going to ALL the Wal-Mart parking lots.
You don't have to be near a ghetto Wal-Mart to be the victim of crime. In case it hasn't occurred to you, those "security vehicles" are not armed or armored. They run at the first sign of trouble. And those video cameras are only to watch for people stealing baskets, and to film the attack videos so they can be sold to the Discovery Channel's crime shows.

8. Prevost?
Wanderlodge? Newell? Some posh digs out there, my friends - I saw a leftover Newell priced out at 1.4 mil and IT WAS A GOOD DEAL.

Anybody happen to ask which fat cat left a motorcoach around for ol' Clarence to buy at the yard sale?

Hey, in my sport, a lot of us aspire to be vagabond bums, and we aspire to the comforts of kings - or at least the security of turtles.
Actually, a millionaire vintage racer I know traded his second Wanderlodge for a "toterhome", like this:

He told me "It tows perfectly, none of the temp guages ever move. and the coach fits the Mrs. Requirements for baking cookies!" (The vintage crowd has the best food!)
The cool rich kids share, bring extra toys and plenty of cookies.

10. Yuck, yuck, yuck ... probably one of my least favorite persons ever:
unqualified Clarence as part of the USSC in 2000 with little Ginny over at the Enterprise Foundation all ready to profit from her husband's part in the selection of George W. Bush. So much for conflict of interest and for impartial "justice."
