Man Faces Charges Over Threat to Kerry

1. In 2000, the Howard Stern show was, within minutes, contacted by

the Secret Service to turn over any info they had on an on-air caller who threatened Joe Lieberman's life.

Despite numerous attempts by Stern & company to get the guy to claim that he was "just kidding", the caller refused. Stern knew what was going to happen.

After the caller hung up, a despondent Stern listened as Baba Booey fielded a call from the Secret Service (off-air) where Booey gave all the information they had, as was legally obligate.

On a related note, a man is sitting in jail right now for making a joke about, well, a flaming rendition of foliage.

So, will this guy be in jail for long?
