With McCain, there is no damn reservation, the man's been Ghost Dancing across the Dakotas since about 1992, and God love him for it. I might see him going for a co-presidency deal -- c.f. Gerry Ford's abortive fling with Dutch back at the '80 convention, which now looks sensible only in that it might've kept BOTH Bushes out of the White House -- but Kerry would be completely bananas to offer it to him. How in God's name do you run at the top of a ticket for Co-President? "
