Bush Underestimates Howard Stern
"Personally, I have always thought of Howard Stern as an entertainer but after witnessing his strategy as these events unfold, he's obviously a born leader. Maybe George W. Bush could learn a thing or two from him."

A good take on the matter.

3. I remain stunned by what has happened to Stern.
This is as political as anything I have seen. I never listened to Howard, but to me this is depriving him of his free speech. I think he would have a case against the FCC. Or rather, Michael Powell. He has been saying these things for years and we all have the right to turn him on or off. This smells to high Heaven!

5. Well, it's not right to fine CC or any station
for what happened in the past. That's unfair and if I were CC I'd sure challenge them on it. How can the FCC legally do that?

6. In the pocket
CC in is Bush's pocket. They're not going to challenge it and probably welcomed it with all of the anti-Bush speech Stern has been involved in.
