3. I'm pretty sure Clinton left odffice with higher approval ratings than Reagan.

And that was despite having to deal with a bullshit impeachment over his last 2 years. Can you imagine if Clinton had had the softball press Bush had? The spinmeisters tried mightily, but the public still managed to get it right on both Clinton and Bush.
