Clarke Pulls The Plug
The gurgling sound you hear is the Bush administration swirling down the tubes. Richard Clarke basically flushed them yesterday. Go out and buy his book, and give a copy to all your friends. A more devastating insiders account of the administration's high crimes and misdemeanors on Iraq couldn't be written—unless Paul Wolfowitz comes over to our side. It's a stunning, all-encompassing damnation of the neocon clique and their Iraq obsession.

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul D. Wolfowitz, Clarke wrote, scowled and asked, "why we are beginning by talking about this one man, bin Laden." When Clarke told him no foe but Al Qaeda "poses an immediate and serious threat to the United States," Wolfowitz is said to have replied that Iraqi terrorism posed "at least as much" of a danger. FBI and CIA representatives backed Clarke in saying they had no such evidence.

1. Unfortunately it may not be enough

Clarke isn't a big enough name. For the people paying attention, yes. It will sway a few. But the big progress would occur with a Colin Powell resignation.

3. Powell -- the good soldier
just following orders, serving his superiors.

He would have fit right in with the Thied Reich, if not for the color of his skin.

4. This administration has added nothing positive to US History
We'll look back in 25 years and wonder why it was all necessary.....I wonder now but maybe Neo-Con's will feel some sense of shame.....well...I doubt it.

5. I ordered the book
after watching the news tonight and hearing the bush crooks trying to discredit him. Figure it wouldn't hurt if the book goes #1.
