Two sided church billboard and voting precinct.
The church was a voting precinct, and on one side it read, "We Reap What We Sow," and on the other, "Live each day as if everything you do will eventually be known to everyone."

They should have sent that message out to their fold, eight years ago.

1. It's God's Will that Obama be President!
Some churches need to lose their tax exempt status... like this one:

3. I read up on IRS rules in 2006
Fundies, Mormons, and Catholics were advocating for a ban on cloning and stem cell research in Missouri in 2006. Lots of churches were publicly supporting a state constitutional amendment. I thought there was an across-the-board ban on non-profits campaigning, but the IRS only considers it a violation of their tax-exempt status if they advocate for or against a candidate -- issues advocacy is generally OK by the IRS code, even for tax-exempt churches..

Of course, that church being a polling place is certainly doubleplusungood in my book, and the sign probably violates state electioneering/politicking laws.
