Pakistan Invades America -- "Without Permission"
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20788.htm

By M. Junaid Levesque-Alam

17/09/08 "MRZine" -- -- The U.S. State Department lodged a sharp protest over ongoing Pakistani missile strikes and ground raids today, saying the Islamic Republic was violating American sovereignty.

"We will try to convince Pakistan . . . to respect sovereignty of the United States -- and God willing, we will convince," State Department Spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters.

The controversy stems from the Pakistan Army's recent decision, leaked in a prominent Pakistani newspaper, to mount intensifying air attacks and new ground assaults against extremists hiding in American safe havens across the ocean.

American papers reported that under the new policy, the Pakistani military will no longer seek America's permission in killing Americans, but will inform American diplomats about these killings as a friendly gesture between close allies.

(Sounds like we may be stirring up a hornet's nest in a nuclear-armed country... No?)

1. Fundie Christians killed 3000 Pakistanis...
Why are we protecting those pricks?

Just turn them over to Pakistan...it's what they invaded Mexico for anyway. It's only bad luck and Musharraf's incompetence that kept them from capturing them anyway.

Those guys may have wealthy backers, and some fanatical supporters, but they don't represent the majority of the US, or the Christian world. Most of us have nothing against Pakistan, empathize with their loss, and most of us would like to see radical Christianity fade away.

I understand that our sovereignty must be protected; maybe we could capture the criminals ourselves, and turn them over to Pakistan, or the UN?

Let's face it, I don't agree with Pakistan's "unilateral" diplomacy, and they shouldn't be allowed to invade us, but shouldn't we cooperate with them, in this case, at least? All the Fundies do is promote ignorance and stir up trouble. Better to capture them and turn them over to the Pakistanis.

The problem is, our government feels it has to kowtow to fundamentalist Christians, so it turns a blind eye to the criminals within our borders. We try to have a secular government, but we have too many preachers and "holier-than-thou" politicians all too willing to crucify anyone who doesn't take a hard line against Islam.

We're all People of the Book. Why can't we get along?
