What's in that Homeland Security Bill?
Any why hasn't Congress repealed the "bad sections as promised"?

Homeland Security Bill explained by Public Citizen.

As you can see...not much having to do with security but more about protecting corporations.

1. Everything for the benefit of patrons, nothing for the general welfare:
the essence of their ideology and being. America is far less secure for its financial foundations are being systematically and deliberately undermined.
