what a sicko. 14!!! Is he going to lose his office, or is the New Law that we keep criminals in office just cuz? I can't remember, but when I look around, I see one criminal after another in office. High office.

ewww-- a recap of the shocking parts:

snip

The alleged victim is the daughter of a state employee. The girl’s mother and Muschany -– who is married and has two children -- were romantically involved, the woman said.

A Cole County grand jury returned an indictment today charging Muschany with the Class C felony of "deviate sexual assault." The indictment identifies the victim only by initials. It says that on May 17, Muschany "had deviate sexual intercourse" with the girl, "knowing that he did so without" her consent.

.........

The owner and founder of engineering firm Trileaf Corporation, Muschany and his wife were licensed as foster parents with the Division of Family Services, according to his legislative biography.

4. he lives 6 miles from my house
Funny, this guy live 6 miles from my house. Nice that he is also walking the streets out on bond after raping a girl. Also funny for a guy who claims he is innocent, he announced that he would not run again 3 days after the incident, however it was not reported to the authorities till later by the father who called it in as soon as HE found out. You can read between the line like a book, he realized he could not shut the girl up most likely. The girl never came forward either, her brother told her father. Obviously she was threatened. He is the worst kind, if only I could have him for an hour with presidential immunity from prosecution, I could really work on him. He'd have to go to the asylum after that because he would not be able to handle the trauma. Unfortunately for him I would not kill him, life hurts much more than death.

5. It's great he wasn't able to intimidate her. Really good. He needs to own that guilt.

3. Only we can end the cycle of violence!
This is what Scott looks forward to, not a bad deal if you ask me.
(the irony is that a 22 yr old man who taped 2 women changing into bathing suits got 7 yrs, which is worse of a crime?) Below is the case of Feltner, he had internet sex with a cop he thought was 12 yrs old and tried to arrange a meeting! He's rich and white, he walked basically.

“It is my hope that this case will serve as a deterrent for others who would prey on children via the internet and make it clear that there is a zero-tolerance policy in state government for this kind of disgusting behavior,” Kinder said
Feltner would be an example to other would-be lawbreakers. According to Kinder.
Feltner was sentenced to two years of probation and 100 hours of community service. He’s also not allowed to use the internet for non-business purposes for two years
That is what you call justice. These scum all deserve public execution for killing children. Rape victims go through an emotional death, and then live to deal with it forever.
So Kinder, we can all hope would be law breakers see your comments, because if they get caught they just get banned from the web. But I guess Kinder thinks that the 100 hours on community service must be torture for people of his stature, work for free, and with poor people.
I say the time is now, to prey upon those who prey upon children and women. Its time for victims to use their hatred, rage, and passion to stand up and stop the cycle of violence. Many victims have morphed to become the top of the food chain due to abuses. Use the sociopathic tendencies to help others never have to go through such an ordeal. There are many legal ways to finish these people. Lets get started. Maybe Scott can be the first example of a new technique in fighting these people with legal means. A man can be destroyed without ever doing physical harm, the mind is more powerful than the blade.
