WASHINGTON (March 1) - President Bush's national anti-drug strategy will for the first time target the use of pain relievers, sedatives and stimulants for non-medical purposes, a problem that has exploded in the last decade."

the incresingly scarce resources of our government?


I don't see any problem. Rush Limbaugh was high on Oxycontin for years and no one even noticed. Why the fuck is this a problem?
