Was Karl Rove involved in the military analyst program?

UPDATE: I think it's fair to call this "confirmation" that Rove was involved in the military analysts program. First, a March 16, 2006 email from Dallas Lawrence (6548), referencing a briefing of military analysts -- which, he wrote, was "a closed call opened only to our retired military analysts" in order "to get them on message heading into the weekend on Iraqi troop strength, advances, etc.":

After Lawrence received an email from an unnamed DoD official indicating he couldn't make the call because he'd be at a Stephen Hadley speech (and that he was "hoping to have Hadley brief these guys next week"), Lawrence wrote:

So in the process of discussing how to keep "their" TV military analysts "on message" regarding claims about the Iraq war, they talked about efforts to have both Stephen Hadely and Bush himself speak with the analysts -- proposals that had been discussed with "karl" (which, clearly, in this case, means Rove). That means Perino's denial was false and that the White House had at least some knowledge of and involvement in this propaganda program.

1. I never cease to be amazed at how evil these people are.
Nothing was above politics. No truth was beyond shaping. This sort of shit is straight out of the Nazi playbook, too. Sorry to invoke Godwin so early in a thread, but seriously, Godwin's Law doesn't apply to the Republicans anymore--they really are Nazis.

2. Of course he was. Yet another thing to refuse a subpeona for.
Yes, the Bushies are Nazi, and somehow it is no coincidence that the name they chose for themselves "Bushies" sounds so very much like the name "Nazis".

Never forget. Grandpa Prescott Bush and his Pals tried to overthrow FDR in 1934 and replace him with a military dictator a la Hitler. This was to have been Marine General Smedley Butler. Butler, patriot and American Hero as he was, turned the bastards in.

After proving his allegations before the House Committee on UnAmeican Activities in 1935, FDR buried the evidence, sealed the documents, and prosecuted none of these High Treasonous Bushies.

Sadly, like Nixon, and Iran-Contra, we Democrats are ALWAYS covering up Bushie High Treasons for them and saying "it's for the good of the country."

Even FDR, maybe the greatest Democrat of them all (other than Jefferson & Madison) did it.

WHY?

But oh my yes are the Bushies Nazis, and the grandson has achieved the grandfather's dream lo these many years later.

You should have hung the fuckers when you had the chance, FDR. Now the America you loved is ensalved by their grandchildren.
