I was litening to AAR radio, and they played a clip of an abuse survivor. He addressed the Pope. He said, (I'm paraphrasing) 'You have a cancer in your church'.

He said he looked the Pope straight in the face and told him that + more.
I thought, "wow, that has got to be the first time in history that has happened".

Since Purgatory is an invention of the Catholic Church, he has no chance of going there either way. Since Hell is pretty much an invention of Christianity (Judaism, not so much) the chances become even slimmer.
Since Religion is a way of codifying the world to give it structure and meaning, I'd say he's pretty safe all around.
