Attractions of a Clinton-Obama ticket (Commentary)
The likelihood of a brokered or negotiated compromise between Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama in which the two would run onthe same ticket was until Tuesday’s Texas and Ohio primaries somewhere between slim and none. But the “morning after” her Texas and Ohio wins, Clinton went on the morning news shows and responded positively to interviewers’ suggestion of such a possibility.
...
(then she ends up with) There is the very real possibility at this point that if they don’t join as a team, neither one wins: the White House that is.

Together they could be unstoppable.

2. If Hillary
was on the ticket with Obama, there's no way she could credibly campaign for him. She's already said that McCain is better than he is and that all he is is a speech.

10. Really?
I know she implied that Obama is nothing but talk, but I don't recall Hillary saying that McCain would be better than Obama. Could you clarify where/when she said that? Thanks!

5. Explain how she could
campaign for Obama after saying that he's only a speech and McCain is better.

4. Hillary didn't win Texas. Obama did
by getting more delegates in the caucus. Texas is in Obama column now. In my opinion, with her rancorous attitude, she would only be a drag on his campaign. She has also decided that she or McCain would be a better (more experienced) president than Obama.

8. False, but par for the course from an Obamaite.
Hillary has 92 delegates and Obama 91. Nice try.

12. It's very likely that Clinton would choose Obama as VP, but there is no chance Obama would choose
Hillary as VP.

13. You mean Obama/Clinton don't you?
It wouldn't surprise me a bit if this idea was foisted upon us by the Dem leadership.I don't support Hillary, that is no secret.Having Hillary "tag along" in order to get elected is repulsive to me.I would be reluctant to vote for an Obama/Clinton ticket.Clinton/Obama ticket?..No way.

I wouldn't have a problem voting for a woman IF she was a good candidate.

15. I would never vote for a ticket that includes Hillary Clinton. Obama can get a better VP.
