Looking to London for News Now (since we can't seem to get it here)
In order to get any semblance of objectivity about the Dem Primary, I have been looking abroad.

Here's what London says about photo *alleged* to have originated in Sen. Clinton's camp:

Interesting, isn't it? How London is aware of the Clinton Camps rebuttal... even before US sources are reporting it.

And... just for good measure... the Obama land deal that gets no attention whatsoever here in the US:

And the Barack-lash:

Those Brits, they do have a sense of humor about American politics, don't they?

1. That's because they know that when OuR FOUNDING FATHERS set up our
government they established a huge MONARCHY.... times change and eventually it will be EVOLUTION OR REVOLUTION , but the solution is easy and I've actually asked the british labour party to help us out too....mailed it today.... Once elected our representatives have almost carte blanche with their votes....or else the taxpayers would never get stuck bailing out the "BANKS" when in actuality it's rich people who bought up huge bundles of mortgages gambling they would make money ...since the banks didn't hold the mortgages long somebody always wanted to buy them they loosened up their requirements for the loans.....and now that the loans are going bad... the banks scream - but they don't hold the mortgages- and WE GET STUCK you think this would happen if we had a NATIONAL POLL ??In the United States, voter registration has never been higher (70 % of the eligible voters ) and yet there has been a steady DECLINE in voter turnout. We had a more than 10 % spike last election after Bin Laden released his video 2 days before the election, and I'm sure there will be another spike this year when Obama becomes the next President. This may placate the masses for a while, but nothing has actually changed. In this day and age of modern technology, a NATIONAL POLL - instituted so the masses can be actively involved in their REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY on a weekly basis, adding in their 2 cents on all the major issues of the week - is the best remedy for ailing voter discontentment. Of course there is probably not one elected official who would ever WANT such a thing, and that has more to do with the FACT that we are a FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC ( google United States, Wikipedia, first sentence ) and NOT a representative democracy. The PEOPLE want to be heard, my most distinguished and learned gentlemen and ladies, or so many of them would not be registering. If you truly want the people to feel positive about politics in general, why not give them an opportunity to become actively involved, say once a week, allowing them to voice their opinions on the major issues. When that day comes to pass, you will have solved voter discontentment in the United States.

2. If the Hillary camp is innocent, why aren't they screaming at Drudge, too?
Edited on Mon Feb-25-08 09:16 PM by rocknation
HE'S the one who claims to have gotten the pic from "stressed Clinton staffers." Is it outside the realm of possibility that a Clinton staffer gave the pic to Drudge just so they COULD deny it? After all, why would ANY Dem give anything to Drudge? And there a BIG difference between saying "I wasn't aware of it" and "Nobody on MY watch had anything to do with it!"

3. Interesting, isn't it? I ALWAYS have to go the the UK media to get more comprehensive...
...coverage of events in the US that the US media never touch, or bury in page 25.

So why isn't that Rezko land deal being discussed outside of the two major Chicago newspapers that reported on it?

Hmm...
