FREE TRADE: CHEAP LABOR & EXPENSIVE RECALLS
November 12, 2007

"The measure of the wealth of a nation is indicated by the measure of its protection of its industry; the measure of the poverty of a nation is marked by the degree in which it neglects and abandons the care of its own industry, leaving it exposed to the action of foreign powers." Congressman Henry Clay, 1824

In my October 10, 2007, column I covered the list of young girls who have already died from taking the HPV vaccine and the thousands of cases already being reported from severe adverse affects. Should one wonder where the ingredients for these vaccines are coming from? I also listed more dangerous drugs the Federal Drug Administration, aka, the Federal Death Administration, has pulled because people are dying or suffering massive stokes and heart attacks. All drugs the Federal Death Administration, pimps for the mega billionaire pharmaceutical houses, said were safe. One of these days I would love to see doctors by the thousands file a class action law suit against the FDA over the treaty issue and jurisdiction. Not to mention their, oppressive, tyrannical tactics and persecution of doctors who practice alternative medicine and for the FDAs banning certain natural supplements that we know are safe, but cut into the profits of these big pharma houses.

As constitutional attorney, Larry Becraft, pointed out in his June 12, 2004, column, the FDA derives their jurisdiction from international treaties:

"The power of the DEA to control "bad" drugs such as opium and cocaine is constitutionally indistinguishable from the similar power of the FDA to control other "drugs" such as Vitamin B and shark cartilage. If the DEA is a treaty-based federal agency, is it not possible that so is the FDA? As you might expect, the authority of the FDA arises from a 1906 international Agreement for Unification of Pharmacopeial Formulas for Potent Drugs.
