Contempt of Congress? Ask The Hollywood Ten!

Harriet Miers and Joshua Bolten should thank G-D that they are not under jurisdiction Of Joe McCarthy and his henchmen. During the congressional hearings of McCarthy, witnesses who not cooperate with the committee were charged with, “Contempt of Congress” and arrested on the spot. This happened to the Hollywood Ten. Some of the witnesses spent 10 years in jail. For more info about the Hollywood, go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood_blacklist#The_Hollywood_Ten
The Congressional committee is treating Harriet Miers and Joshua Bolten with kid gloves. The committee whom are predominately Democrats are going out of their way to be civil and prudent. They should have been arrested immediately with contempt citations. I guess they do not want to be accused of McCarthyism. This prudent method just might backfire on them. The Bush crime family has power lawyers and knows how to get around the law. Time is at the essence. Jurisprudent is noble but not applicable to this crowd. In the end, The Bush Crime Family will just laugh off these Congressional hearings. We are dealing with criminals who do anything to achieve their ends.
The Democratic parties leadership strategy is just wait until Bushes term is over in some 500 odd days. A lot a damage can be done in that time. The DNC should not play, “Political strategy” and do their constitutional duty. Impeachment is part of their job description. If the Democrats do not do their constitutional job then they will judge as part of the problem. Then the American public will realize that the: 2 party system should be eliminated. The way the Democrats are coddling the Republican culprits, you’d think the GOP is extorting them. Could it be some Democratic politicians went to the same D.C madam? Maybe, just maybe.

IMPEACH OR BE IMPEACHED!

4. Re: DC Madam
You know, if there are democratic members of congress on that list, they should go too. Vitter should have resigned by now and is setting a dangerous precident. It's high time we started upholding the laws of this country.
