Gonzales didn't give up Rove
One thing we have to keep in mind is that no matter how many times his name was indirectly mentioned yesterday and no matter how many times Gonzales was asked he never gave up Rove. For that he will get seats on Board of Directors and fellowships at thinktanks and any number of freemoney positions once he (they) are out of office.

They take care of their people, that is one of the ways they find people to do what they want to for them. Remember Condi Rice was actually a highly paid oil company executive at one time, clearly there was no other reason than to provide her some credentials. Oh and the Iraqi lawyer who had the fantastic tale of racing across an exploding bridge while being chased by a carload of former Republican Guard complete with AKs and RPGs in his tale of how he saved Pfc. Lynch??-he was immediately brought to the USA and started pulling down at least $50K at a DC rightwing thinktank. They take care of the "Loyal Bushies", that phrase means something to them.

Gonzo punched his ticket yesterday.

3. That was it
We still haven't gotten the answer to how those particular names got on the list. If we had a press that would clearly be the result of yesterday but no they have a Alec Baldwin voicemail to pay attention to.

8. Funny, He "couldn't remember" the meetings about firing
the U.S. attorneys - but absolutely remembered that it "wasn't for political reasons." Selective memory? Naw, just an out and out lie!
