Harking back to the good old days of “triangulation,” Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has taken a page out of hubby Bill’s playbook and introduced legislation to employ a special kind of “V-Chip” … for David Geffen.

Known as the “D-Chip,” this device contains no filter against violence or pornography, but is intended solely to block all derogatory comments and criticisms of the Clintons from the famous movie and music mogul.
