"Miami: Dirty Money" Presented in Fair

Havana, Feb 12 (Prensa Latina) Political and administrative corruption in the city of Miami once again comes to light in a book presented in Havana by Ciencias Sociales publishers at the 16th International Book Fair.

In "Miami: Dirty Money," Cuban journalist Edelberto Lopez Blanch uncovers the businesses, bribery, and connections of a great many people with the ultra rightwing of Cuban-origin.

Readers will find some of the diverse ways Cuban immigrants made their fortunes in the United States as well as how extremist elements of the ultra rightwing counted on the total support of different US administrations.

With 12 sections and abundant graphics, this book constitutes a decisive contribution to understanding the Cuban-US differences.

An outstanding investigator, Lopez Blanch is the author of "Cuban Emigration to the US,"

among his other works.
