I am forced to agree with Buzzflash on this one:

She needs to be answered loudly and with no uncertain language that she is rude, insensitive, and exploiting other people's feelings for profit is wrong. Her behavior is not only inappropriate, it is highly inflammatory and disrespectful. That she profits from this only adds insult to injury. The 9/11 widows (and anyone else she's insulted) should sue her for slander.

If we hit her in the bank account, I think she'll start choosing her words more carefully.
