INTERNET BLACKOUT DURING DUBYA GUMP VISIT TODAY...
...perhaps it was mere COINCIDENCE?

So just a few minutes ago Dubya Gump finished delivering the commencement speech for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Ms. He spoke for approximately 15-20 by my best guestimate. I noticed that shortly before his speech my internet went out. Strangely enough so did my wife's mother and my wife's aunts internet go out as well. Within 5 minutes of Dubya Gump finishing his speech all were back online. Perhaps it is mere coincidence but with the NSA story breaking today I am more apt to think it was intentional. Perhaps one day we may know the answer?

4. I doubt it. I've had internet trouble since the big storm blew through...

a couple of days ago. Intermittent outages, and lots of static on my phone line.

5. Verry interresting....but no internet troubles here (abt 30 miles N)

of Gulfport. I was hard at work, of course, but most of our business is done via the internet, so an outage would have been highly irritating.
