Although everyone is caught up in NSA spying and Alito (which I am guilty of as wel) I really think the outcome of the Enron trial will be a testament as to just how corrupt America has become-or if justice will prevail.
Now don't fill me in, I already know that Daddy Bush and Baby Bush are good friends with ole Kenny Boy and Baby Bush wouldn't be able to toddle fast enough to give ole Kenny Boy a Presidential Pardon and Medal of Freedom, but still I hold some hope that we'll see these bastards at a minimum get reduced to losing their wealth and being forced to take the role of Wal-Mart greeters for the rest of their miserable and pathetic lives (I know they won'd do a day in prison)
Anyways, I'm looking forward to watching this trial if they televise it-I really hope they give this thing the coverage they gave the OJ trial which sorry to say, that was nothing but a media circus. A horrible crime was committed, but regardless of the verdict the impact would not change the face of a country. Maybe if other would be crooked companies get a glimpse of what was once one of the most successful and powerful corporations fall flat on their collective asses who knows what sort of precedence that might set.
