Neil Lisst Crossword Puzzle

Do you like crosswords? I do.

Here's today 19 clue crossword puzzle for today's Neil Lisst political cartoon, and the topic is the unsavory conduct of the Bush White regarding Valerie Plame. Since it's an homage to the NY Times, I've included a Judith Miller reference.

Here is the cartoon.

You'll need to go to the link to get the answers page.

4. I used to love to do them in school and after ...
But then, parenthood called, and it said "put that down, you don't have that kind of time!"

7. GOOD! I wanted it to be easy for a DU politico ...

It wouldn't be any fun if it was hard and time consuming. I think the fun is from doing it and being rewarded with gummy bears like 3 DOWN.

5. Glad you like it. The answers are at the site on the link.

There is really only one word that is difficult to get.

16 Across is the one. It's 11 letters, and only 3 can be revealed by words that cross it.

8. But it should be obvious with even a modicum of thought...
I figured it out even before beginning the puzzle.

9. I'm glad to hear that! I was worried.
I was afraid that word wouldn't be obvious.

15. Thanks.
I'm hoping to catch a gig with a chain that has a few dozens newspapers over a five state area first. If I can get them, that's the foothold we need in print media. Once it enters that world, it's just a matter of people seeing it and using it.

I've no doubt it will draw comments, since it's decidedly anti-Bush as a standard feature.
