SEATTLE - I've already written mine.

With President Bush declaring this Friday (September 16th) as a day of national prayer, I've finished working on what I want to ask God for.

I thought I'd share it with you:

Dear Lord: Please give comfort to all the people who've suffered so much because of Hurricane Katrina. And in this, the hour of their need, please guide the rest of the country to be generous in our compassion and resources as we reach out to them. And Lord, while I've got you on the line, could I ask for you to help our president. I humbly offer that regenerating some obviously dead and dormant brain cells would be a good start.

How many attempts did it take to eliminate Rasutin? Add half a dozen more, and broaden the field to take out the mestasized cells. This is a cancer, literally, eating away at America.
