So they're crying poverty.

Of course nobody has asked about the whole price gouging oil thing and oh yeah, that little "lost 22 million dollars" thing.

The Army has never been know for its financial savvy.

Hey, the troops don't need.. you know.. body armour and stuff when a couple of execs in Halliburton have Rolls Royces and Mansions.

Damn it I hate these people.
