Do they mean along the same lines as how we suspected Iraq had those WMD? Or are they planning to stop everyone and hope they get lucky?

Wouldn't you want to seal off the borders BEFORE you bomb the crap out of them, and drive away the people who are in control of them. IF there were any weapons, they are long gone.

Perhaps if they paid more attention to the threat (ha) of WMD, than the oil fields, our boys would be home now.
