Bush to Declare Re-Election Victory

By RON FOURNIER
AP Political Writer

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush will declare re-election victory, aides said Wednesday morning, as Democratic rival John Kerry refused to concede linchpin Ohio or the presidency.

"We will not base our decision on a concession," said Bush adviser Dan Bartlett. After winning Nevada, another presidential aide said Bush would soon declare victory.

Ceding nothing, Kerry dispatched running mate John Edwards to tell supporters in Boston: "We've waited four years for this victory. We can wait one more night."

Bush, 58, won Florida with relative ease. Kerry took New Hampshire from Bush - the first and perhaps only state to switch parties - but it has just four electoral votes. That leaves Ohio and Nevada as Kerry's only hopes.

10. Shit, CBS just said the little turd went to bed. Rove had all the media
waiting with bated breath for the little turd-blossom to come out. Then they had 2nd thoughts. Right, they decided to wait until there are more people watching the tube to set the tone that he's the weiner, just like in 2000

13. HE CAN'T WIN "RE-ELECTION"!!!!!
He was never elected the first time!

His fraudulency strikes again.

Why doesn't he just declare himself "Emperor" and get it over with?

18. Hey, that rings a bell.
Maybe the Supreme Court will have to dust off the "equal protection for George Bush" argument again, even though it was not to be used as a precedent, for some inscrutable reason.

Closure vs. knowing the true will of the people. Which one does Bush support every time?

15. Well, you can fool enough of the people enough of the time
It's amazing that Bush was elected for his moral values. The shallowness of the American public is unfathomable.

20. I don't mind George Bush. It's his arrogance I HATE.
I won't be watching a thing he does, or listening to a word he says. My mute button will be worn out.
BUT, I will be working to fight him.

That is, if he gets elected. But we won't know that for at least two weeks. If not, longer.
